Because trading cards and collectibles are highly sensitive to tampering, we maintain a strict No Return / No Refund policy. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, finding a lower price, or disputes over card condition or grading.

We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
2. Exceptions for Seller Error
The only exceptions to this policy are if:

We ship the wrong item.

The product description was materially incorrect.
In these cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at [ weebboxpr@gmail.com ]. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
3. Product Condition & Grading Disclaimer

Factory-sealed products are sold “as is.” We do not guarantee pull rates, specific cards, or contents once the seal is broken.

Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) are sold as received from the grading company. We make no guarantees beyond the grading company’s certification.

Raw/ungraded cards are described as accurately as possible, but grading is subjective, and we do not accept returns based on grading disagreements.
4. Damaged Packages in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and items. We will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. Resolution will be at the carrier’s discretion, not ours.
5. Final Notes
By purchasing from our store, you agree to this policy and understand that all sales are final.
