Welcome to Weeb Box. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian, to make purchases from our store.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all items. However, collectibles and trading cards may vary in condition, and we cannot guarantee grading outcomes or future value.

  • Factory-sealed products are sold “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding contents, pull rates, or specific cards inside.

  • Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) are sold exactly as received from the grading company. We are not responsible for disputes with third-party graders.

3. Sales Are Final

  • All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including condition disputes, buyer’s remorse, or resale concerns.

  • The only exceptions are cases of seller error (such as shipping the wrong item).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • All payments must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if fraud is suspected.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. If items are damaged or lost in transit, customers may need to file a claim with the carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to purchases or use of our website.

  • We make no guarantees regarding the value, appreciation, or resale potential of collectibles.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our site for fraudulent or illegal activity.

  • Attempt to tamper with orders, products, or systems.

  • Engage in chargeback fraud or disputes that violate this policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this site or your purchase of products shall be brought exclusively in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico. By using our website and making purchases, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
